Opposite Extremes

What under heaven is life worth

If great ideas do not give birth

To testing opposite extremes

By every mans' created means

Then debating pro~con, conversed

'Til each one has been fully versed

To look upon opponents' views

Allowing each the right to choose

And holding all in high esteem

No matter what we truly deem

If right or wrong we're not to say

Each one views life a different way
